1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using PerseusTV+, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the app.

PerseusTV+ may allow you to post comments, reviews, or other content (UGC). You are solely responsible for your UGC.

**No Tolerance Policy:** We have a **zero-tolerance policy** for objectionable content, including but not limited to: profanity, hate speech, pornography, bullying, illegal content, harassment, or threats.
**Reporting & Blocking:** Users must be able to **flag/report** objectionable content within the app and **block** abusive users.
**Developer Action (24-Hour Commitment):** We commit to **act on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours** by removing the content and/or immediately terminating the account of the user who provided the offending content.
By using the app, you agree not to submit any UGC that violates these rules.

All videos, recaps, and materials provided are either original or properly licensed. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are handled securely via App Store / Play Store. Refunds are subject to platform policies.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PerseusTV+ is not responsible for damages arising from use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable local and international laws.
